Amanda Frey is currently working on a 75-hour course to become certified as a Sound Healer, using singing bowls, tuning forks, and singing pyramids. She plans on providing group sound baths and individual sound therapy, which will combine talk therapy with sound bathing to help connect the mind and body in achieving client's mental health goals.

Sound therapy is clinically proven to help reduce negative moods, including anxiety, depression, and anger, along with decreasing tension and fatigue. It is also shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and decrease pain.
It is important to note that sound therapy is not a replacement for mental or medical health treatments without talking to your healthcare provider.
Due to the vibrations entering your body during sound baths, if you have a pacemaker, metal pins in your body, are pregnant, or have epilepsy, you should not participate in sound therapy.
Private Group Sound Bath
$175 per group hour, up to 6 participants.
Join Amanda for a unique experience that blends singing bowls, tuning forks, and therapeutic guided meditation customized to your group's needs and requests. Perfect for group self-care, or a work event!
Travel and larger groups accomodations may be negotiated upon request.
Individual Sound Therapy
$100 per hour
(Established talk therapy clients may be able to use insurance.)
Join Amanda for a unique experience that blends talk therapy and sound bathing, connecting the mind and body to help manage stress and improve psychological wellbeing.
This session will start with a 15-minute wellness and stress consultation, and transition into a 30-minute personalized guided meditation sound bath, which will use therapy techniques to help you rewire your thoughts and find your power and authenticity. The last 5-10 minutes will help you transition out of the meditation and leave with a plan for what to do to continue managing your symptoms moving forward. (Please note, these are time estimates and may change based on personal needs/symptoms.)
